Cooking is her passion. Sherlyn Montclair turned her life-long love for the flavors of Caribbean cuisine into a career. Years ago, she started a catering service, delivering meals all over the island.
Now she realized her dream: a charming, small restaurant, serving lunch and dinner based on her best recipes. Sherlyn still works in the kitchen along with a chef and a kitchen helper. Her cooking shows traces of her Haitian ethnic background, but in general, the menu offers the kind of meals served in Caribbean households across the Antilles.
The restaurant has comfortable seating in the air-conditioned dining room, but there are also outdoor tables. Caribbean Feisty Flavors is located right next to The Daily Herald on Bush Road.
