The Charter House 18.63
is located right at the Simpson Bay Yacht Club. The outside terrace and the air-conditioned dining room provide a wonderful ambiance.

Once in St. Maarten, no vacation is complete without dining at the waterfront, either looking over the Caribbean Sea or enjoying our island's unique land-locked lagoon.

There is a broad view over elegant motoryachts and sailboats moored in one of the island's best-known marinas.

Seafood dishes and Angus steak platters are prepared by three accomplished chef, which insist in only using the very best raw foods.

The Charter House 18.63 is located at the Simpson Bay Yacht Club in the building which previously hosted the famed Saratoga Restaurant. The Charter House is a worthy replacement and will not disappoint old friends of Saratoga!
